| Working experience and occupation | Mr. Ng Siew Kit has over 10 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, audit and corporate finance across Malaysia and Singapore. He successfully completed the ACCA Professional Qualification and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). Mr. Ng joined the Group in January 2024 as Group Accountant and was subsequently appointed as Financial Controller. He is responsible for overseeing the Group's finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, group consolidation, treasury, taxation, budgeting, internal controls and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Ng held managerial positions with KPMG Singapore and PwC Singapore, following the commencement of his career with KPMG Malaysia. During his tenure with the international accounting firms, he was involved in audit engagements for multinational corporations, listed companies, government-related entities and regulated financial institutions. |
