The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Final Dividend.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 27 February 2026, 13 July 2026, 20 July 2026 and 22 July 2026 in relation to the Final Dividend.

On 13 July 2026, the Board had determined that the DRP (subject to relevant approvals being obtained) will be applicable to the Final Dividend of 10.0 sen per KSL Share. In this regard, all approvals pursuant to the DRP have been obtained.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the issue price of the New Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRP has been fixed today ("Price-Fixing Date") at RM2.52 per New Share.

The issue price is computed based on the 5-day volume weighted average price ("VWAP") of KSL Shares immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date of RM2.8975, deducting the Final Dividend of RM0.10 per KSL Share and thereafter applying a discount of approximately 9.92%.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH also wishes to announce that the book closure date for the Final Dividend and DRP shall be on 7 August 2026.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the New Shares arising from the DRP is expected to be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 7 September 2026.
