The Board of Directors of AmanahRaya Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn Bhd, the Manager of ARREIT wishes to announce that Puan Aida Mosira Binti Mokhtar has resigned as Member of Tender and Project Oversight Committee with effect from 21 July 2026.

The current composition of Tender and Project Oversight Committee after the change are as follows:-

a. Dato' Mohammed Noor Azmall Bin Jamaluddin (Chairman, Independent Non-Executive Director); and

b. Encik Kamarul Ariffin Bin Mohd Jamil (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director).
