We attach herewith the announcement made to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") on 24 July 2026 by Parkson Retail Asia Limited ("PRA"), listed on the SGX-ST and a 67.96% owned subsidiary of Parkson Holdings Berhad ("PHB" or the "Company") in relation to the dissolutions of Centro Retail Pte. Ltd. ("CR"), a dormant wholly-owned subsidiary of PRA, and Parkson Myanmar Investment Company Pte. Ltd. ("PMIC"), a dormant indirect subsidiary of PRA.

PRA had announced that following the applications for striking off by CR and PMIC in April 2026, both CR and PMIC had been struck off from the Register of Companies pursuant to Section 344A of the Companies Act 1967 on 16 July 2026 ("Dissolutions").

The Dissolutions do not have a material impact on the earnings of the PHB Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2026 and the net assets of the PHB Group based on the audited consolidated statement of financial position of the Company as at 31 December 2025.
