Reference is made to our announcements on 2 April 2026 and 11 February 2026 in relation to Cendramas Production Sharing Contract ("Cendramas PSC"). Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and acronyms used herein shall be the same as those defined in the previous announcements.

Dialog Group Berhad ("DIALOG") wishes to update that under a Deed of Assignment between Dialog Resources Sdn. Bhd. ("DRSB") and Dialog Resources (Cendramas) Sdn. Bhd. ("DRCSB"), DRSB has assigned and novated all its rights, liabilities, benefits, interests, duties and obligations under the Cendramas PSC to DRSB's wholly owned subsidiary, DRCSB. PETRONAS' approval for the assignment has been obtained.

Concurrently, an addendum to the Cendramas PSC contract and Joint Operating Agreement, respectively, have been executed to reflect the abovesaid assignment. The Cendramas PSC is now between DRCSB, PETRONAS and the other Cendramas PSC partners namely Medco Asia Pacific Limited and EnQuest Petroleum Production Malaysia Limited, with no change in participating interest of the parties in the Cendramas PSC.

The abovesaid assignment is in line with an internal reorganisation of certain wholly owned companies within the DIALOG group.

DRCSB was incorporated in Malaysia with the principal activities of petroleum development, appraisal and production operations.

The Deed of Assignment is not expected to have any effects on the share capital and substantial shareholders' shareholding of DIALOG and is not expected to have any material effects on the earnings, net assets and gearing of DIALOG for the current financial year ending 30 June 2027.

The Deed of Assignment does not require approval from any relevant authorities and shareholders of DIALOG.

None of the directors of DIALOG, major shareholders of DIALOG and/or persons connected with them have any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the Deed of Assignment.
