We refer to the announcements dated 9 June 2026, 12 June 2026, 29 June 2026 and 6 July 2026 in relation to the Private Placement ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board has on 22 July 2026 ("Price Fixing Date") fixed the issue price for the first tranche of the Private Placement at RM0.2300 per Placement Share ("Issue Price").

The Issue Price represents a discount of RM0.0244 or 9.59% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of the Shares up to and including 21 July 2026, being the last trading date immediately preceding the Price Fixing Date, of RM0.2544 per Share.
