The Board of Directors of GDB ("Board" or "the Company") wishes to announce that Grand Dynamic Builders Sdn. Bhd. ("GDBSB"), its wholly-owned subsidiary, has on 22 July 2026 accepted a Letter of Award dated 22 July 2026 from Magma Kiara Sdn. Bhd. ("Employer") for its appointment as the main contractor for the proposed construction of a 60-storey mixed-use development comprising one (1) block of mixed-use building on Lot 81179 (PT 26961), Persiaran Dutamas, Mukim Batu, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur for a contract sum of RM439,388,888.00 ("Contract").
