On behalf of the Board of Directors of Farm Price Holdings, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Securities Commission Malaysia ("SC") had, vide its letter dated 21 July 2026, approved the application for the Proposed Transfer under Section 214(1) of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007. The SC also took note that Farm Price Holdings had complied with the Bumiputera equity requirement for public listed companies of Bursa Securities.

Further, in compliance with subparagraph 2A.2 under Practice Note 22 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, additional information on the Company is set out in the enclosed attachment.
