Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 21 April 2026 in relation to the MOU entered into between EES and BHB ("Announcement").

 

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

 

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.29 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to inform that there is no material development pertaining to the MOU since the date of the Announcement.

 

Any key development in relation to the MOU will be announced as required.
