The Board of Directors of Geohan wishes to announce that Geohan Sdn. Bhd. ("GSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Geohan, had on 21 July 2026 accepted a letter of award from China State Construction Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. appointing GSB as the subcontractor for the Persiaran KLCC Project in respect of the following works: -

(i)     Bored pile works;

(ii)    Reinforced concrete works; and

(iii)   Basement wall works.
