Mr. Lee, Cheng-Chiang ("Mr. Lee") is a seasoned business executive with more than 25 years of international experience spanning financial services, capital markets, corporate strategy, business operations and technology across Asia. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Boston University, United States of America, and has completed additional studies in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Boston University.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Lee held senior positions with leading global financial institutions, including Nomura Securities, Deutsche Bank and HSBC, where he specialised in institutional equity products, capital markets, banking solutions, enterprise technology and multinational corporate banking. His experience includes advising institutional investors and multinational corporate clients across the Asia.

Mr. Lee subsequently served as Vice President, Finance & Strategy (International) of Tagboard Inc., where he established the company's international operations in Taiwan and Japan, led fundraising initiatives and drove regional business strategy. He later served as General Manager of Rainforest Retail, where he was responsible for corporate restructuring, operational improvement and technology modernisation.

Mr. Lee currently serves as Consultant to Cathay Financial Holdings, providing strategic advisory on regional investments, business development and digital transformation initiatives.
