We refer to the previous announcements and the explanatory statement/circular to shareholders dated 2 March 2026 in relation to the Internal Reorganisation ("Explanatory Statement/Circular"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Explanatory Statement/Circular shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that KHJ and Arvex had on 21 July 2026, via a letter of extension, mutually agreed to extend the completion date of the Scheme Agreement to a date between the date the Scheme Agreement became unconditional (i.e. 24 June 2026) and 30 September 2026.

Save as set out above, all other provisions of the Scheme Agreement remain the same and be in full force and effect.
