The Board of Directors of PRG wishes to announce that Premier Construction (International) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PRG Construction Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PRG, had on 20 July 2026, received a winding up petition filed by the solicitors of Summit Leap Sdn Bhd with the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur on 14 July 2026 and was served on PCI on 20 July 2026.
