ACCEPTANCE OF BANKING FACILITIES OF UP TO RM130.0 MILLION GRANTED BY RHB BANK BERHAD ("BANK") TO DESARU BEACHFRONT 2 SDN BHD ("DB2SB"), AN INDIRECT WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY

Pursuant to Part C of Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.04 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of ECMLG wishes to announce that DB2SB, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 17 July 2026 accepted term loan of up to RM120.0 million and revolving credit facilities of up to RM10.0 million granted by the Bank for the purpose as stated in Paragraph 2.1 in the attached announcement.
