The Board of Directors of MUIP wishes to announce that West Synergy Sdn Bhd, a 60%-owned subsidiary of Peristal Enterprise Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MUIP, had on 20 July 2026 entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Antmed Malaysia Sdn Bhd to dispose of a parcel of freehold land located within Springhill Industrial Park, Bandar Springhill, Negeri Sembilan held under H.S.(D) 46450, PT 2370, Pekan Jemima, Daerah Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan measuring approximately 49,725 square meters in area for a total cash consideration of approximately RM18.73 million ("Proposed Disposal").
