KAWAN FOOD BERHAD ("KAWAN" or "THE COMPANY") - OFFER OF OPTIONS UNDER KAWAN EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME ("ESOS")
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of KAWAN wishes to announce that the following offer of option has been made on today, 20 July 2026, to eligible persons to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company under the ESOS.
Details of the ESOS offered to eligible persons of the Company are as set out as follows:-
