We refer to the previous announcements and the circular to shareholders dated 19 June 2026 in relation to the Capital Reduction ("Circular"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Circular shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya at Ipoh has fixed the hearing date of the petition in relation to the Proposed Capital Reduction pursuant to Section 116 of the Act for 2 September 2026.
