The Board of Directors of Ramssol ("Board") wishes to announce that Rams Fintech Sdn. Bhd. ("RAMS FINTECH"), an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has on 20 July 2026 ("Effective Date") entered into a Memorandum of Agreement ("MOA") with AmBank (M) Berhad ("AmBank") ") to formalise the collaboration framework between the parties in respect of the "Pay Day Now" Earned Wage Access ("EWA") programme, pursuant to which RAMS FINTECH shall operate and manage the Pay Day Now platform ("Platform") and the Bank will provide certain banking and cash management support services ("Collaboration").

The MOA formalises the collaboration previously recorded under a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding entered into between RAMS FINTECH and AmBank on 2 September 2024.
