Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Company's announcements in relation to the Proposals dated 20 May 2026, 28 May 2026, 9 June 2026 and 15 June 2026.

 

On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the SC has, vide its letter dated 15 July 2026, approved the application for a ruling pursuant to subsection 217(4) of the CMSA to modify the basis for determining the MKHOP Offer Price such that the MKHOP Offer Price is computed based on the VWAP of the MKHOP Shares for the last twenty (20) market days prior to 20 May 2026, being the date of announcement of among others, the Possible MO.
