We refer to Section 13.6 of LSH Capital's Prospectus, the announcement dated 27 February 2026, as well as the updates in relation to the Litigation provided vide the Company's quarterly reports, the latest of which being the quarterly report for the financial period ended 31 Mar 2026 issued on 22 May 2026 ("Q2 2026 Report") on the above matter. Unless otherwise defined, the terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the Prospectus, the said announcement and the Q2 2026 Report.

The Board wishes to announce that on 14 July 2026, the Federal Court has allowed both the Datuk Bandar's and ASES' respective Motion for Leave. As such, the Federal Court will proceed to hear the Datuk Bandar's and ASES' appeal against the COA Discovery Decision on a date to be fixed in due course.

Notwithstanding the above, pending the courts' decision on the Judicial Review Application, ASES is permitted to continue works on the Lake Side Homes Project pursuant to the Impugned Development Order and Impugned Bridge Approval from 21 August 2024 onwards.

Further announcement will be made as and when there are material developments on the above matter.
