The Board of Directors of CPE Technology Berhad ("CPE" or "the Company") wishes to announce that CPE had on 14 July 2026 entered into a Share Purchase and Joint Venture Agreement ("SPJVA") with 

Kanekita Co., Ltd., to manufacture and sell materials and/or products utilizing passivation treatment technology and to regulate the relationship as shareholders of the joint venture company to be incorporated.

Further details of the SPJVA are attached herein for information.
