We wish to announce that ITMAX-C1 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 14 July 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of ITMAX-C1 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of ITMAX-C1 x (RM4.7561 - RM5.0000) x (1/6)
= Number of ITMAX-C1 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 4.7561 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the ITMAX Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and ITMAX-C1 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of ITMAX-C1 shall terminate absolutely.
