NEXG BERHAD ("NEXG" OR "THE COMPANY")
- EXPIRY OF EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME ("ESOS") AND DISSOLUTION OF ESOS COMMITTEE

The Company wishes to announce that the ESOS of NEXG which has been in force for a period of five (5) years since its implementation on 16 July 2021, is expiring on 15 July 2026.

 

Pursuant to Clause 8.3 of the ESOS By-Laws, all the unexercised ESOS Options shall lapse on 15 July 2026.

 

As at the date of this announcement, 56,918,800 ESOS Options remained unexercised and will lapse upon the expiry of the ESOS.

 

Accordingly, the ESOS Committee of NEXG will be dissolved on 15 July 2026.
