We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 34,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MALAKOF by way of market making.

The MALAKOFC80 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The MALAKOFC80 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025. The MALAKOFC80 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2025. The obligations of MCSM under MALAKOFC80 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025.
