CITAGLOBAL BERHAD ("CITAGLOBAL" OR THE "COMPANY") - PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF (I) 70% EQUITY INTEREST IN ZEQNA CORPORATION SDN BHD (II) 70% EQUITY INTEREST IN KORIDOR MENTARI SDN BHD (COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE "PROPOSED ACQUISITIONS")

(Unless otherwise stated, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 11 August 2025 in relation to the Proposed Acquisitions.)

 

Reference is made to the announcements dated 11 August 2025, 10 November 2025, 10 December 2025, 10 March 2026 and 11 May 2026 in relation to the Proposed Acquisitions.

 

The Company wishes to announce that the period for the fulfilment of the conditions precedent under the SSAs has been extended by 1 month from 11 July 2026 to 10 August 2026, to provide more time for the Parties to complete the remaining conditions precedent and related deliverables as set out in the SSAs.
