The Board of Directors of Ramssol ("Board") wishes to announce that Rams AItech Sdn. Bhd. ("RAMS"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has on 9 July 2026 ("Effective Date") entered into a Memorandum of Agreement ("MOA") with Wofeng Global Pte. Ltd. ("Wofeng") to record the present understanding and the overarching principles governing the proposed collaboration under this MOA, with Wofeng being the technology platform provider, and RAMS being the partner or service provider providing implementation services for joint customers ("Partnership").
