Pursuant to Rule 10.09 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), a listed corporation is required to obtain a mandate from its shareholders in respect of Recurrent Related Party Transactions ("RRPTs").

The Board of Directors of RNG wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 9 July 2026 approved the Company's application for an extension of time from 7 July 2026, being its listing date ("Listing Date"), to the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") which will be held not later than 30 June 2027 or at an Extraordinary General Meeting (if any) ("EGM"), whichever is earlier, to obtain shareholders' ratification and shareholders' mandate for the RRPTs entered/to be entered into by the Company or its subsidiaries from Listing Date until the forthcoming AGM or EGM (whichever is earlier).
