Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of LICB wishes to announce the required information in relation to the moneylending operations of Sucorp Enterprise Sdn Bhd ("SESB"), a licensed moneylending company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of LICB, in the ordinary course of SESB's business for the financial period ended 30 June 2026.
