The Company wishes to announce that, on 7 July 2026, it was informed of the orders granted by the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur in respect of the application pertaining to the appointment of the Interim Liquidator in the Creditors' Voluntarily Winding-Up involving the Company's indirect subsidiary, GP Tropical Furniture Sdn Bhd, pursuant to Section 439(1)(b) of the Companies Act 2016, which was commenced on 27 November 2023 and had since been queried and rejected by the Registrar of Companies.
