METRONIC GLOBAL BERHAD  ("MGB" OR "THE COMPANY") -                                                                    EXTENSION OF TIMEFRAME FOR THE UTILISATION OF PROCEEDS FROM RIGHT ISSUE WITH WARRANTS

Reference is made to the Company's circular to shareholders dated 25 February 2022 ("circular") in relation to the Private Placement. The Company had on 15 August 2024 extended the timeframe for the utilization of the proceeds raised from the Right Issue with Warrants. 

 

The Board of Directors of Metronic wishes to announce that as at 7 July 2026, the Company has yet to fully utilize the proceeds raised from the Right Issue with Warrants and requires additional time to fully utilise the balance of proceeds amounting to RM51,701,000, which was earmarked for funding for solar projects.
