Reference is made to the Company's latest announcement on 3 December 2025 pertaining to the winding up petition served on BPI(WM) Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the previous announcements.

 

The Board of Directors of BPHB wishes to announce that, pursuant to the Court hearing held on 7 July 2026, Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (Lembah Klang Legal Branch) has withdrawn its winding-up petition against BPI(WM) Sdn. Bhd. with liberty to file afresh.
