SELECTIVE CAPITAL REDUCTION AND REPAYMENT EXERCISE OF UEM EDGENTA PURSUANT TO SECTION 116 OF THE COMPANIES ACT, 2016 ("SCR")

On behalf of the Company, CIMB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 7 July 2026, informed that the entire issued share capital of UEM Edgenta will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 10 July 2026 pursuant to Paragraph 16.07(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
