The Board of Directors of PERSTIMA wishes to announce that Perstima Tin Plate Sdn. Bhd. ("PTPSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 6 July 2026, submitted its application to the Companies Commission of Malaysia for striking off pursuant to Section 550 of the Companies Act 2016 ("Proposed Striking Off").

PTPSB is a dormant company incorporated on 25 January 1995, with an issued and paid-up share capital of RM2.00 comprising 2 ordinary shares. The Proposed Striking Off will have no material financial effect on PERSTIMA.

None of the directors, substantial shareholders of PERSTIMA or persons connected with them have any direct or indirect interest in the Proposed Striking Off.
