Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 12 August 2025, 25 November 2025 and 05 May 2026 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.

Further to the Announcements, the Board of Directors of NexG Bina wishes to announce that the high court had urged the parties to settle the matter amicably and in principle, the parties have agreed to enter into a consent judgement.

The case had been fixed for further case management on 31 July 2026 as to the terms of the consent judgement and settlement agreement.
