Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements dated 17 October 2025, 26 November 2025 and 26 June 2026.

The Board of Directors of Rohas Tecnic Berhad ("RTB" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, HG Power Transmission Sdn. Bhd. ("HGPT"), has on 3 July 2026 received a letter from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission ("MACC") confirming that its investigation in relation to HGPT has been concluded.

The MACC has confirmed that no further action will be taken against HGPT, its shareholders, directors and former directors in relation to the matter. Accordingly, the investigation has been concluded with no charges, prosecution or other enforcement action against HGPT, its shareholders or directors.

The conclusion of the investigation brings this matter to a close and provides certainty for the Company and its stakeholders. The Company remains committed to maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance, integrity and regulatory compliance in the conduct of its business.
