Further to the announcement made on 2nd December 2025 regarding the change of manager of the Fund, we are pleased to inform you that the Second Supplemental Deed has been executed between Kenanga Investors Berhad as the existing manager ("Existing Manager"), Eq8 Capital Sdn Bhd as the new manager ("New Manager") and RHB Trustees Berhad as the trustee.

The Second Supplemental Deed amends the provisions of the existing deeds governing the Fund to give effect to:

1. the replacement of the Existing Manager by the New Manager as the manager of the Fund; and

2. the change of the Fund's name,

with effect from the date of the supplemental master prospectus of the Fund to be issued at a later date (or such other date as agreed between the parties of the Second Supplemental Deed).

The Second Supplemental Deed has been duly registered with the Securities Commission Malaysia on 1 July 2026.

The Second Supplemental Deed will be available for inspection at our business office at Level 14, Kenanga Tower, 237, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur during office hours on any business day of Kuala Lumpur from the date of this announcement up to the effective date of the change of manager of the Fund.

The New Manager will issue a supplemental master prospectus for the Fund in due course to reflect the amendments stated above and update the relevant information contained therein accordingly.
