(The definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcements dated 30 April 2026, 22 May 2026 and 4 June 2026 unless stated otherwise.)

Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 30 April 2026, 22 May 2026 and 4 June 2026 in relation to the Winding-Up Petition served on West River Engineering Sdn. Bhd.
 

Further to the case management held on 1 July 2026, the Board of Directors of WRB wishes to announce that the Court has given the following directions :-
i) Both parties are to file their Written Submissions simultaneously by 20 July 2026;
ii) Both parties are to file their Submissions in Reply simultaneously by 3 August 2026; and
iii) The next case management has been fixed on 4 August 2026.

The hearing date of the Winding Up Petition has yet to be fixed, pending the Court's direction, and is expected to be addressed at the case management fixed on 4 August 2026.

Any material developments in relation to the above will be announced in due course.
