| Working experience and occupation | Encik Ahmad Rasyad Bin Anwar has over 15 years of leadership and entrepreneurial experience in the defence, security, strategic investments and business development sectors. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Key Alliance Group Berhad, where he provides independent oversight on corporate governance, strategic direction, risk management and business growth. He also serves on the Audit and Risk Management Committee, overseeing governance, compliance, internal controls and enterprise risk management while contributing to board-level decision-making and long-term value creation. Since 2023, he has been the Owner of Iris Capital Sdn.
