Further to the Company's announcements made on 25 June 2025, 1 October 2025, 31 December 2025, and 1 April 2026 the Board of Directors of CITAGLOBAL wishes to inform that, following its feasibility studies and broader evaluation in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding entered into with the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic on 25 June 2025 ("MoU"), the Company will not be proceeding further with the proposed collaboration under the MoU at this juncture.

The MoU, which was entered into for a period of one year from the date of signing, has expired in accordance with its terms.

The above is not expected to have any material financial impact on the earnings, net assets and gearing of the Company for the financial period ended 30 June 2026.
