References are made to the Company's announcements on 13 April 2026 ("First Announcement") and subsequent announcements on 18 May 2026, 19 May 2026, 3 June 2026 and 15 June 2026 in relation to the Company being classified as a GN3 status company pursuant to paragraph 2.1(c) of GN3 of the ACE LR. Unless otherwise defined, the terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the First Announcement.

The Board of Directors of SMTrack wishes to inform that the Company is still in the midst of formulating its regularisation plan to address its GN3 status. The regularisation plan is not expected to result in a significant change in the business direction or policy of the Company .

The Company has approximately 9 months to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval and will make further announcements in relation to any latest development on this matter from time to time.
