Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 30 May 2025, 3 June 2025, 1 July 2025, 1 August 2025, 28 August 2025, 2 September 2025, 1 October 2025, 3 November 2025, 1 December 2025, 2 January 2026, 3 February 2026, 2 March 2026, 1 April 2026, 4 May 2026, 15 May 2026, 3 June 2026 and 5 June 2026. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and definitions used herein shall be the same as those defined in the earlier announcements.

Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 5 June 2026, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time of 6 months up to 30 November 2026 to submit its regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities for approval.

The Board wishes to announce that the Company is currently in the midst of preparing its regularisation plan. The Company shall make the necessary announcement in relation to the development on the above matter.

The Company has approximately five (5) months to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval.
