Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the earlier announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has fully settled all outstanding obligations to its creditors, and all banking facilities have been discharged. As such, there are currently no defaults in payment by the Company as at the date of this announcement.

The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof.
