Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, we wish to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Q9 Capital Sdn Bhd (Q9 Capital), a licensed moneylending company pursuant to its ordinary course of moneylending business as at 30 June 2026 as set out below:
