Dato' Chew Chuon Jin ("Dato' Dixon Chew") commenced his career with Lapro Corporation in Taiwan, where he gained valuable experience in advanced manufacturing processes and marketing. He subsequently joined the Pensonic Group in 1993 and has since played a pivotal role in the Group's growth and development.

Leveraging his extensive experience in the electrical home appliances industry and strong entrepreneurial leadership, Dato' Dixon Chew has successfully driven the expansion of the Pensonic brand and its product offerings across various Asian markets. In November 2023, he assumed the additional role of Group Managing Director, taking on overall responsibility for the strategic direction and management of the Pensonic Group.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Dato' Dixon Chew has served as the President of the Hong Kong-Malaysia Business Association (HKMBA) since 2014 and has been reappointed to serve until 2026. Under his leadership, the Association has continued to strengthen trade and business relations between the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Malaysia. The HKMBA is fully supported by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.
