| Working experience and occupation | Dato' Abdul Halim has served in various government departments and his last position was the State Secretary of Penang (1992-1994). In 1994, after his retirement from government service, Dato' Abdul Halim was appointed Executive Director of Technology Resources Properties Sdn. Bhd. until 8 June 2000. Dato' Abdul Halim was appointed to the Board of Edaran Berhad on 15 December 2000 and was appointed Chairman of the Company on 30 May 2018. He was appointed Chairman of the Audit and Nominating Committees on 3 October 2001 and was subsequently appointed Chairman of the Remuneration Committee on 27 May 2004. He relinquished his position as Chairman of the Nominating Committee and the Chairman of Audit Committee on 26 November 2008 and 30 May 2018 respectively. Dato' Abdul Halim resigned from the Audit Committee and Nominating Committees on 26 February 2020 and 31 May 2023 respectively. |
