Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 15 March 2023, 17 March 2023, 24 March 2023, 15 September 2023, 5 March 2025, and 14 January 2026 in relation to the Acquisition.

The Board of Directors of GFM wishes to announce that GFM had on 1 July 2026 terminated the acquisition of the remaining 60% of AASB due to the non-fulfilment by the Seller of the Tranche 2 Conditions within the stipulated timeframe i.e. on or before 30 June 2026.

The aforesaid termination is not expected to have any material financial impact on the earnings per share and/or net asset per share of the Company.
