ACCEPTANCE OF LETTER OF AWARD IN RELATION TO THE SUB-CONTRACT WORKS AWARDED BY SG. BESI CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD TO AGESON KENSETSU SDN BHD, AN INDIRECT WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY
The Board of Directors of TXCD ("Board") wishes to announce that Ageson Kensetsu Sdn Bhd ("Ageson Kensetsu" or "Sub-Contractor"), the indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 30 June 2026 received and accepted two (2) letter of awards ("LOAs") from Sg. Besi Construction Sdn Bhd ("SBCSB"), to carry out the following works for the project located at Lot 12, Seksyen 91, Jalan Lombong, Mukim Bandar Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan, at the contract sums set out below and upon the terms and conditions stipulated in the LOAs:-
