ACQUISITIONS OF THREE (3) INDUSTRIAL PROPERTIES BY RHB TRUSTEES BERHAD, BEING THE TRUSTEE OF AME REIT ("TRUSTEE"), FROM THE SUBSIDIARIES OF AME ELITE CONSORTIUM BERHAD ("AME ELITE") FOR A TOTAL CASH CONSIDERATION OF RM100,800,000 ("ACQUISITIONS")

Reference is made to the announcements dated 24 March 2025, 2 July 2025, 24 July 2025, 25 July 2025, 21 October 2025, 22 October 2025 and 18 June 2026, and the circular to the unitholders of AME REIT dated 3 July 2025 in relation to the Acquisitions ("Circular"). Unless otherwise stated, words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Circular.

 

On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that following the payment of the balance purchase consideration of RM38,514,000 for the i-Park SAC 34 SPA to Ipark Development, the i-Park SAC 34 SPA has been completed today, in accordance with its respective terms and conditions. Accordingly, the Acquisitions have been completed.
