Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by Enest Group Berhad dated 26 June 2026.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 26 June 2026 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 2 July 2026. 

In the event there is any change to the timetable, we will make announcement on Bursa Securities' website and advertise the notice of changes in a widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspaper in Malaysia.
