Outcome of Meeting

The Board of Directors of NTPM Holdings Berhad ("Company") is pleased to announce that the sole resolution as set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company dated 10 June 2026 was duly passed at the EGM of the Company held on 25 June 2026.

 

The sole resolution was voted by poll, and the results of the poll were validated by Commercial Quest Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company. 

 

The announcement is dated 25 June 2026.
